Entercard partners with My Dream Now to support and coach young people into work life

Entercard has entered a partnership with My Dream Now to support and inspire young people to see the opportunities in working life.

My Dream Now creates inspiring collaborations between school and work life, with a vision that all students will feel their value in society and find their own ways to employment and dreams. Volunteers from working life meet students from areas with high potential, such as Fittja and Tensta, where many young people lack role models in working life. My Dream Now is run by the social, non-profit company Creador AB.

- The collaboration with My Dream Now fits well into our Citizenship work, which is committed to contributing to society by supporting young people with our unique skills. It gives us an opportunity to both inspire and connect with next generation’s workforce, as well as show the diversity of the skills needed in our business. I hope it will inspire young people to get interested in and approach our exciting industry, says Melita Ringvold, Head of Communication and Citizenship at Entercard.

Entercard enters as regional partner (Stockholm area) to My Dream Now and Entercard employees will be able to engage in class coaching, organizing study visits and job shadowing at Entercard.
