Entercard's employee Richard Sefyrin Lund is Sweden's best customer service agent

Brilliant Awards – Customer Experience is an annual award for organizations that have succeeded in creating exceptional customer experiences through customer service in several industries. The finalists and winners are based on data from approximately 2,5 million customer surveys, and only from customers’ perceptions and not from subjective assessments.

Entercard is therefore proud to announce that Richard Sefyrin Lund, in the Partner Team, has the best Brilliant results among all Brilliants customers in Sweden for “best customer service agent”!

The measuring period was 10/12 months during 2020 where Richard had 98,7% in engagement in average for 2020. Out of 9400 participants, he had the highest score and 450 of the surveys belonged to Richard.

“I got very surprised and very happy of course, it is a very nice confirmation from the customers! Although it says my name on the award, it is also an award for Entercard. I hope that this can inspire and motivate more people to do that little extra for delivering a great customer service experience”, says Richard.
