Jan Haglund appointed as new CEO for Entercard Group AB

Entercard’s Board has appointed Jan Haglund as CEO for Entercard Group AB.

Haglund comes with 20 years’ experience from the card, lending, payment and factoring business, as well as extensive experience in defining and driving change projects in the financial sector. In addition he has started up, launched and managed financial services companies across multiple geographies. Jan has worked at Intrum, Santander and EnterCard, where he worked between 2008 to 2011 as Head of Banks and Partners, and as Nordic Head of Banks, responsible for managing the bank and partner relationships. Haglund will leave his role in Komplett Bank, where he held both the CFO and – since 2019 – the CEO position. The exact date for Haglund’s start in Entercard has not been finalized yet. Entercard’s current CEO Freddy Syversen will retire from the role when Haglund joins Entercard, but Syversen will continue working for Entercard in the role as a senior advisor for the Board and the new CEO throughout 2021.
