Entercard supports female analytical talent by hosting Nordic Queens

On November 18th, Entercard welcomed 22 young female chess talents from Sweden and Norway to the Stockholm office. The chess talents were greeted by Entercard and spent the afternoon playing a simultaneous game against International Chess Grand Master Pia Cramling.

The Scandinavian teams played great chess and finished 3rd, 4th and 5th out of 8 teams in the final of the international Yes 2Chess tournament in London. Over 60,000 children have participated in the Yes2Chess programme over two years, with a third of those students – representing more than 500 schools across eight countries – taking part in the 2015 Yes2Chess tournament.
